TURNKEY:

2009-GLUE MANUFACTURING WORKSHOP:

 

Installation of glue manufacturing based on solvent located in Indonesia. CEERI has supplied and produced, on this export project,
a turnkey unit. 

This workshop has been built in accordance with ATEX standards, 
and is managed by a robot and supervision developed 
on WinCC Flexible-Siemens.

The operator drives the installation from an accredited touch-sensitive graphic terminal zone1.

This unit is namely made of:

  • Solvent storage, transfer by magnetic pumps and metering by volume flow meters
  • Transfert in suction resins granulated ,
    metering by screw and weighing trays
  • Aerosil transfer by diaphragm pump,
    metering by loss-in-weight feeder and vacuum-packed introduction. 
  • Pressure and empty scattering reactor
  • Vents processing by condenser
  • Dilution tank and filtration skid

ENGINEERING:

2009-STORAGE PARK:

 

This new unit, located in Paris region and produced in 2009, is intended to the collection of waste oils and their transformation by chemical process into Biodiesel.

CEERI has stepped in for the storage of commodities and finished goods. The mission assigned by the manager consisted in the making of detail studies of the storage park, and namely the whole of construction isometries of the pipework network.

2008-PAINT PRODUCTION UNIT:

 

This new unit, located in Rhône Alpes region and commissioned in 2009, is intended to the production of paints based on solvents.

CEERI who had previously carried the draft studies has been mandated for the implementation of the detail studies of this new workshop which included:

  • Solvent storage park
  • Resins storage park
  • Minibulk metering buffets
  • Commodities storage shafts, IBC, bags and Big-bag
  • Scattering
  • Dilution

The mission included in particular:

  • Diagrams Process and Utilities
  • Establishments
  • Equipment guide plans and carpentries
  • Civil engineering guide plans and distribution of loads
  • Specifications Pumps and Accessories
  • Pipework plans
  • Production isometries

TURNKEY:

2007-PLASTICIZERS PRODUCTION UNIT :
 

Designed and made up for one of the world leaders in PVC floor covering, in collaboration with VMI company who supplied mixers, this entirely automatised unit enables:

  • Metering by weighing of liquid components from the bulk storage park and from IBC shafts and containers
  • Loading of powders in bag
  • Scattering, mixing and colouring of pastes
  • Debulking by vacuum-packing
  • Filtration and pacakaging in mobile tanks

Automation and supervision have been developed with SCHNEIDER components.
Touch-sensitive operator terminals allow for the launching of different manufacturing recipes.

ENGINEERING:

2007-NETWORKS STEAM CONDENSATE FOR DRYING PLANTS :

 

After a mission of precise measurement readings on sites, often ancients, of paper and carton manufacturing, the production of a 3D model and the generation of isometrics with the help of the Planstpace Bentley software, have allowed the entire renovation of the steam and condensate networks during the short available shut-down periods.
