PRODUCTION EQUIPMENTS

Through our expertise in the manufacturing process and in front of the difficulty of some of our clients to find this type of equipements, configurated to their specificites, we developed and still develop equipments and accessories specific and adaptable to everybody's particular needs.

Draining and Fluidisation Silos

Bottom of silo Pump

Fluidisation cone for silos and powderies hoppers:

  • Calcium carbonate, talc, silica, PVC,...

The fluidised bottom is intended to avoid powder flow issues in the storage silos or hoppers mainly due to the building of vaults or chimneys.

The air is uniformly diffused in the lower cone through a porous cloth.

Powdery grains freed from friction constraints can then flow freely.

YTRON® mixture solutions

YTRON-Y and Y Bypass

YTRON-Y® and Y By-pass® :

Axial jet mixer enabling, without introduction of air, or vortex, to quickly make an homogenous mixture with liquid and highly viscous products.

The building of vortex, synonym Hopper By-pass, enables the introduction of powders by suction directly in the liquid, avoiding lumps and sedimentation.

YTRON-Z

YTRON-Z® :

Homogeniser in line on a rotor-stator principle.

Mastered and reproducible shearing in only one pass.

Number of rotor-stator, opening sizes and adjustable speeds to fit your processes, respecting sensitive products.

YTRON-ZC YTRON-XC

YTRON-ZC® and YTRON-XC® :

Scattering and mixing in line in only one pass.

Powders are sucked in by the stong suction created in the mixture head.

Immediately after being put in contact with the liquid phase, powderies are dampened and finely scattered...

  • Dampening of the powders difficult to moisturise, in one single run
  • The application of a shearing defined from the molecular chain allows obtention of a high viscosity.
  • Definition and selection of rotor/stator slots following each application
  • Reduction of "process" time
  • High capacity for a low energy consumption
  • Feeding by bags, from bigbag or silo

YTRON VacuPlant

YTRON VacuPlant® :

Scattering and mixture modular system:

YTRON® VacuPlant can be equipped with the following elements:

  • YTRON-Y® in order to mix, emulsify and stir up
  • YTRON-Z® in order to emusify, homogenize, scatter, dilute, grind and use the STRETCHING® technology
  • YTRON-ZC® allowing the mixture of the most difficult products to dampen such as carbopol
  • Peripheral agitation of anchor type with or without scapers for viscosities up to 30,000 mPa.s.
  • Double heating or cooling enclosure
  • Vacuum-packing
